ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
While not all inclusive, the following is a list of tasks to be performed and/or coordinated:
•Purchase Order creation and maintenance
•Invoice unapproved process
•Working daily with 3rd party suppliers, accounts payable, operations, and uppermanagement
•Auditing
•Liaison between operations and finance regarding 3rd party purchase order related issues

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•Education – AA Degree + preferred
•2+ years business experience or equivalent work experience and have working knowledge oftwo or more of the following: Purchase Order Entry, Accounts Payable and/or AccountsReceivable

PREFERRED SKILLS:
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•Vista by Viewpoint knowledge a plus
•Sales tax knowledge
•Attention to detail
•Solid oral and written communication skills
•Ability to work independently within a culture of high accountability, ethics and integrity
•Oil and gas industry knowledge a plus
