Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

This is a newly created position and roles and responsibility will evolve as the position matures.

·         Setup and track all rental equipment throughout all KSI companies

·         Develop and maintain internal revenue rates for all equipment  in Vista (ViewPoint) equipment module

·         Track utilization of all rental equipment

·         Work with IT team on dashboard development for tracking equipment location and utilization

·         Analyze rental process and communicate opportunities for improvement

·         Process all vendor invoices in regards to rental pieces of equipment

·         Communicate with Operations and Vendors/Suppliers


Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, Vista (ViewPoint) experience a plus

·         Must be able to problem solve and think analytically

·         Attention to detail

·         Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external

·         Able to communicate with all levels of KSI personnel and vendors

·         Hourly compensation based on work experience and background

·         Minimum – High School diploma or GED, College degree preferred

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Depending on the phase of the job, all personnel are required to work in conditions where physical demands can consist of placing one’s body in various positions to inspect and to accomplish certain tasks such as:

·         Sitting

·         Standing

·         Squatting

·         Raising and Lowering objects from one level to another

·         Carrying objects, usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder

·         Grasping objects with the use of fingers, palm and wrists to hold/and or manipulate objects (hammers, saws, pencils, pens etc,)

·         Pulling ie. Exerting force upon an object so that the object moves toward the force (includes jerking)

·         Pushing ie. Exerting force upon an object so that the object moves away from the force (includes slapping, striking, kicking and treadle actions)

·         Bending at the waist, stooping, working in a supine position, twisting seated or standing

Some of these physical requirements will range from seldom, frequent to constant depending on the task


Additional Notes

Position will be located at KSI Corporate office on District Blvd.  Dress code and corporate office etiquette will be enforced.   Position will report directly to CFO and work close with area Fleet managers.
