Job Description
Role and Responsibilities

Duties (including but not limited to):

o    Subcontractor and Vendor set up and maintenance

o    Contract negotiations with 3rd party suppliers

o    Customer set up

o    Contract review and approvals

Qualifications and Education Requirements

o    Minimum 2 years working with Contracts

o    Associates Degree in business or related field

o    Able to understand the technicalities, including language, of contractual agreements

o    Able to understand the needs of an organization as they relate to various contracts

o    Able to detect inaccuracies, ambiguities or inconsistencies in the design of a contract

o    Must have good communication skills

o    Good reading comprehension skills

o    Ability to work in a collaborative environment and participate in various meetings and discussions

o    Ability to work independently within a culture of high accountability, ethics, and integrity

Preferred Skills

o    Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, Vista (Viewpoint) experience a plus

o    Experience in the oil and gas or general construction industry is preferred




Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Depending on the phase of the job, all personnel are required to work in conditions where physical demands can consist of placing one’s body in various positions to inspect and to accomplish certain tasks such as:

o    Sitting

o    Standing

o    Squatting

o    Raising and Lowering objects from one level to another

o    Carrying objects, usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder

o    Grasping objects with the use of fingers, palm and wrists to hold/and or manipulate objects (hammers, saws, pencils, pens etc,)

o    Pulling ie. Exerting force upon an object so that the object moves toward the force (includes jerking)

o    Pushing ie. Exerting force upon an object so that the object moves away from the force (includes slapping, striking, kicking and treadle actions)

o    Bending at the waist, stooping, working in a supine position, twisting seated or standing

Some of these physical requirements will range from seldom, frequent to constant depending on the task

Position will be located at KSI Corporate office on District Blvd.  Dress code and corporate office etiquette will be enforced.
