Job Description
Role and Responsibilities


·         Maintain all customer billing systems

·         Maintain billing templates in Viewpoint and billing catalogues in Customer systems

·         Monitors the unbilled, progress billings and disputes

·         Manages billing staff

·         Monitor job set up for proper job type and billing templates

·         Quarterly fuel surcharge adjustments

·         Quarterly subcontract reporting


·         Deposits and collections

·         Resolve T&M billing Errors

·         Communication with Customers (internal/external) to resolve billing and collections issues

Job Costs/Misc 

·         Manages Job Closure Process for all KSI Entities

·         Work closely with Contract Administrator on new contracts, job set up, billing templates, etc…

·         Develop billing dashboard measures

·         Backup Positive payrolL for Wells Fargo Bank

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         Education – HS Diploma – AA degree or higher preferred

·         Management/Supervisory Experience

Preferred Skills

·         Ability to work in multiple system environments, such as SAP, ADP, Ariba, Open Invoice and Viewpoint

·         Strong computer/ systems skills – learn customer systems, Microsoft Products, Vista

·         Basic understanding of GL account structure as it relates to job cost departments

·         Ability to understand and implement customer billing requirements

·         Ability to work with IT, direct them on billing system changes

·         Ability to work with Operations on job status and or collection issues

·         Thorough understanding of Viewpoint

·         Ability to work closely and professionally with Customers (both internal and external)

·         Lean training/ process improvement
